Why create a customer account?

It is necessary to create a customer account on our website to be able to order. Your account allows you to place orders, find your order history, create wish lists and have a personalized shopping experience.


Log in

The new login system is based on a two-step authentication process, ensuring optimal security for your sensitive information. Here's how it works:

1. Entering the email address: When you attempt to log in, you will be asked to enter your email address associated with your My Podiatry account. 

2. Receiving a 6-digit code: Once the email address is entered, you will receive a 6-digit verification code directly to your inbox.

3. Verification code entry: Enter this code on the login page to access your customer area.

Why this connection system?

Improved security: By using a unique code sent by email, the risk of your account being hacked is significantly reduced.

Simplicity and speed: No more remembering complex passwords. A temporary code simplifies access to your account.

Protection of banking information: If you have chosen to save your bank card on your account, this system also reinforces the security of your payment data.

Universal Access: No matter where you are, as long as you have access to your email, you can log in quickly and securely.

Check your spam:
If you do not receive the verification code, consider checking your spam folder.

Correct email address: Make sure that the email address entered is the one associated with your My Podologie account.

Stable connection: A good internet connection makes it easier to receive the code quickly.

How do I access my order history?

Via the “My Account” area you can access your purchase history and view your previous orders.

How do I modify my order after validation?

Have you just validated your order but want to change something?

Contact us immediately by phone. We usually process orders within 2-4 hours. Once the order has been processed, changes will not be possible.

How do I track my order?

Via the “My Account” area, in the “Order History” tab, you can view the status of your order. Here is the meaning of the command states:

Payment accepted : your order is being prepared.

Waiting for payment: we are waiting for payment to prepare your order.

Awaiting restocking: some products you ordered were out of stock, we are waiting to receive them in our warehouse to ship your order.

Shipped: your order is being delivered.

Partially shipped*: the products from your order that we had in stock are being delivered, the out-of-stock products will be sent to you later, when we have received them at our warehouse. *Policy applied according to the conditions of your order

Livery : your order has been noted as “delivered” by the carrier.

An error when paying by credit card?

The error when validating your credit card payment may be due to several factors:

An error entering bank card numbers: check that there was no error by restarting the payment.

Exceeding the card limit: check with your bank to make sure your card limits have not been reached.

An outdated browser may block payment for security reasons: check your internet browser update.

How do I use my credit/promotional code?

Go to your basket, on the right, just above the "Proceed to payment" button, click on "Do you have a discount code?". Enter your promo code and click “add”. The promotional code will be applied to your basket.


Caution : promotional codes are not valid on shipping costs.
