Directions for use:
• Make sure the pad is positioned at the heel with the widest part at the back
• Remove the protective film and place it in the shoe, sticky side at the back
• Reposition if necessary, ensuring that it is in the same position in each shoe
• To remove the pad, gently pull it out of the shoe while applying pressure to the shoe with your other hand.
• Replace it after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
• Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs, do not use on damaged or irritated skin.
